Type a region (Allen CCF acronym or name). The table lists every gene whose predicted expression across the 554 fine CCF regions peaks in that region and that passed the screen (7,104 of 30,954 genes), with its spatial tier and scores. The brain shows the same information for all regions at once: colour = number of STRICT_EXCLUSIVE genes whose top region it is; click a region to select it. Regional values are imputed from Allen cell-type expression, not directly measured - open the gene card for the direct Allen ISH evidence.
554 regions; 228 have at least one passing gene, 150 have at least one STRICT_EXCLUSIVE gene. Regions without cells in the MERFISH reference are not in the list.
